The Situation

AI Expo India sits in the exhibition and conference format, where exhibitors and visitors commit budget and time months ahead of the date. A technology event is judged on how credible and current it looks long before the doors open, and it competes for attention with other AI events on the calendar.

What We Did

Denion worked on AI Expo India across PR and Influence, Creative, Content and Production and Social Media and Content.

How It Worked

We set out what the event stands for and who it is for, so exhibitors, speakers and visitors each had a clear reason to take part.
Identity and creative were produced as an event system, covering the site, signage, speaker material and the run-up campaign.
Publicity and social content were planned around the pre-show cycle, aimed at the technology and trade audiences that decide whether to attend.

What Changed

The event reads as a more distinct and credible proposition against others on the calendar. Its material is consistent from the first announcement to show day, and exhibitors and visitors have a clearer reason to commit.
