All work is invoiced from India.

All prices are exclusive of any taxes applicable in the client's own jurisdiction. Invoices are issued from India and carry no Indian tax. Where a client must account for tax locally, that is handled on their side and confirmed at contracting.

Local Currency Versus Invoice Currency

Prices are shown in local currency for reference. Invoices are issued in USD, or in INR for clients in India, and settled by bank transfer to India. The rate is fixed on the invoice date.

Withholding Tax

Some jurisdictions require a client to withhold tax on payments to an overseas supplier. Where that applies, India has double taxation agreements with the relevant countries and treaty relief is available on production of a Tax Residency Certificate and the supporting form. Published prices are net amounts receivable. Where withholding cannot be relieved, the invoice is grossed up so the net fee is unchanged, agreed before work starts.

Payment Terms

International payments: SWIFT to an Indian current account, details issued with the invoice. India: NEFT, RTGS, UPI. Plans are payable monthly in advance, within 7 days. One-time work is 40 / 30 / 30. The sender bears international bank charges. Prices are reviewed annually. Notice is 30 days after the minimum term.
