Privacy policy

Denion Incorporation is a partnership firm based in Noida, India, with operations in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We decide how and why the personal data described here is used, which makes us the data fiduciary under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 and the controller under the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data.

• What you enter in our forms: your name, email, phone, company and the answers you give in the proposal, support, partner and Brand Score forms, with the page you sent it from and a reference number. Our forms do not send anything on their own: they write your answers into a WhatsApp message to us, which reaches us only when you press send.
• Emails and WhatsApp messages you send us, and our replies.
• Your country, worked out from your IP address by Cloudflare, so prices show in your currency. We record the country you choose in a form. We do not store your IP address.

• To reply to your enquiry.
• To prepare a proposal, with scope and price.
• To talk through your Brand Score, when you send it to us.
• To show prices in your currency.

We use your data because you gave it to us for a stated purpose and consented to that use, or because you asked us to take a step before a possible engagement, such as preparing a proposal.

Analytics runs only on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

These services handle personal data for us, each only for the role described:

• Wix.com: hosts this website.
• Cloudflare: the network the site is served through; it reads your country from your IP address so prices show in your currency.
• WhatsApp (Meta): carries the message our forms prepare for you, once you press send, and any other message you send us on WhatsApp.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for advertising.

The services above may process your data outside India and the UAE, including in the United States and the European Union. We use them under their standard data protection terms.

• Enquiries and related messages: 24 months from our last contact, unless an engagement follows.
• If an engagement follows, records are kept as the engagement and tax law require.
• The country and consent cookies: 12 months.

You can ask us to:

• tell you what personal data we hold about you and how it is used,
• correct or complete it,
• erase it, where we no longer need it,
• stop using it, by withdrawing your consent,
• in India, nominate someone to exercise these rights if you die or cannot act yourself.

Email info@denion.net from the address you used. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can contact the grievance officer below, and you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India or the UAE Data Office.

• Country preference (denion_country): set only when you pick a country, so prices stay in that currency.
• Consent choice (denion_consent): remembers whether you accepted or rejected analytics.
• Form progress: the proposal form keeps your answers in this browser tab only, so you do not start again if you leave the page. It is cleared when the tab closes or the form is sent.

This site is meant for businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.
