Work
How we work.
The delivery model, the review gates, how a quality standard is held and escalated, how client data and IP are handled, and what actually happens in the first three weeks.
Team Structure
An account is assigned a named lead and the specialists its scope requires, drawn from the disciplines listed on the Team page. The same names stay on the account for its duration; a change of personnel is communicated, not discovered.
Review Gates
- Scope and brief agreed in writing before delivery starts
- Client-facing work reviewed internally before it is sent
- A founding partner reviews client-facing work directly, or through Partner Direction
- A scheduled check-in cadence set at the start of the engagement, not left informal
Delivery and direction are separate layers. Direction is the founding-partner review that sets the position and holds the standard, included by default on client-facing milestones and available on every piece of work through Partner Direction.
Governance
Positioning, identity and client-facing copy are held against the standard set at the start of an engagement, checked at each review gate rather than only at delivery. Work that does not meet that standard is revised before it reaches the client, not after.
Escalation
- A concern raised by a client is acknowledged within one business day
- The named account lead is the first point of escalation
- Unresolved issues move to the assigned founding partner directly
- Nothing client-facing ships while an escalation on it is open
Security & IP
A mutual NDA is signed before any confidential material, brief or unreleased work is shared, and covers the account lead and every specialist assigned to the engagement.
- Access to a client's accounts and files is limited to the named team on that engagement
- Access is revoked at the end of an engagement, not left open by default
- Credentials are shared through a password manager, never by email or chat
- Internal work-in-progress is kept in the account's own workspace, not mixed across clients
Ownership of delivered work transfers to the client on full payment, as set out in the engagement agreement. Denion retains the right to reference the relationship and the category of work in its own portfolio unless the client has requested otherwise; see the anonymised entries on Clients for how that applies when a client has not given permission to be named.
Onboarding: The First Three Weeks
Week One
Brief, access and the named team
The engagement agreement and NDA are signed, access is provisioned to the named team only, and the brief is confirmed in writing against the scope quoted. The account lead is introduced directly, not through a handover.
Week Two
Audit and position
Existing brand, channel and platform assets are audited against the brief. Where the engagement includes Brand Strategy, a position is drafted for review; where it does not, the existing position is confirmed as the baseline the work will hold to.
Week Three
First delivery and the review cadence
The first piece of client-facing work is delivered, reviewed internally and by the assigned founding partner before it is sent. The scheduled check-in cadence for the rest of the engagement is confirmed at this point.
